EVAP Off Service - Système de contrôle des émissions par évaporation
Le EVAP Off Service désactive la logique du système de contrôle des émissions par évaporation dans le logiciel de l'ECU. Le système EVAP est conçu pour empêcher les vapeurs de carburant de s'échapper du réservoir dans l'atmosphère en les capturant à l'intérieur d'une cartouche de charbon et en les purgeant périodiquement dans le système d'admission. Avec le temps, la soupape de commande de purge ou la cartouche devient souvent défectueuse, ce qui déclenche des codes DTC, des voyants de contrôle moteur et des problèmes de conduite.
En désactivant la logique EVAP et les moniteurs d'état de préparation correspondants dans l'ECU, notre EVAP Off Service garantit le bon fonctionnement du véhicule sans déclencher de codes DTC ou de voyants MIL liés aux émissions. Cette solution est particulièrement utile lorsque le système de purge ou les capteurs de pression du réservoir sont physiquement retirés, désactivés ou remplacés par une configuration de carburant personnalisée.
Quand utiliser
- Après avoir retiré ou désactivé la cartouche de charbon ou la soupape de contrôle de purge lors de la mise au point ou de la construction de véhicules personnalisés.
- Lorsque le système EVAP provoque des codes DTC recurring tels que P0441, P0455, P0456, P0457, ou des défaillances de l'état de préparation qui y sont liées.
- Pour les véhicules transformés pour le sport automobile ou les applications tout-terrain où le système EVAP n'est pas nécessaire.
- Pour éliminer les voyants de contrôle moteur causés par des erreurs de contrôle de la pression du réservoir ou du débit de purge.
Aperçu technique
Le sous-système EVAP interagit avec plusieurs composants du calculateur, notamment
- Vanne de contrôle de la purge (N80 / solénoïde) - gère le flux de vapeur de carburant du réservoir à l'admission.
- Capteur de pression du réservoir - détecte les fuites et vérifie l'intégrité du système.
- Contrôle de l'aération - libère l'air filtré dans le système pendant l'opération de purge.
Lorsque ces composants tombent en panne ou sont supprimés, l'ECU enregistre les codes d'erreur et fait passer l'indicateur d'état de préparation à “non terminé”.”
Notre étalonnage désactive en toute sécurité ces contrôles de diagnostic tout en maintenant les autres systèmes d'émission (tels que l'O2, l'efficacité du catalyseur, etc.) pleinement fonctionnels.
Comment ça marche
- Évaluation : Nous examinons l'ID de l'ECU et la structure DTC correspondante pour identifier les dépendances EVAP.
- Étalonnage : Nous modifions la logique de purge, de pression du réservoir et de préparation pour bypass contrôler l'EVAP en toute sécuritéoring.
- Vérification : Une fois flashé, le calculateur fonctionne normalement, avec tous les systèmes non EVAP intacts et sans DTC.
