EVAP Off Service - Verdunstungsemissionskontrollsystem
Die EVAP Aus Service deaktiviert die Logik des Verdunstungsemissionskontrollsystems in der ECU-Software. Das EVAP-System soll verhindern, dass Kraftstoffdämpfe aus dem Tank in die Atmosphäre entweichen, indem sie in einem Aktivkohlebehälter aufgefangen und regelmäßig in das Ansaugsystem geleitet werden. Im Laufe der Zeit werden das Entlüftungsventil oder der Behälter oft defekt und lösen DTCs, Motorprüfleuchten und Probleme mit dem Fahrverhalten aus.
Durch die Deaktivierung der EVAP-Logik und der zugehörigen Bereitschaftsmonitore im Steuergerät kann unser EVAP Aus Service sorgt dafür, dass das Fahrzeug reibungslos läuft, ohne emissionsbezogene DTCs oder MIL-Leuchten auszulösen. Diese Lösung ist besonders nützlich, wenn das Entlüftungssystem oder die Tankdrucksensoren physisch entfernt, deaktiviert oder durch eine benutzerdefinierte Kraftstoffeinrichtung ersetzt wurden.
Wann zu verwenden
- Nach dem Entfernen oder Deaktivieren des Aktivkohlebehälters oder des Entlüftungssteuerventils beim Tuning oder bei Sonderanfertigungen.
- Wenn das EVAP-System recurring-DTCs verursacht, wie z. B. P0441, P0455, P0456, P0457, oder damit zusammenhängende Bereitschaftsmängel.
- Für Fahrzeuge, die für Motorsport- oder Off-Road-Anwendungen umgebaut wurden und bei denen das EVAP-System überflüssig ist.
- Zur Beseitigung von Motorkontrollleuchten, die durch Fehler bei der Überwachung des Tankdrucks oder des Spülstroms verursacht werdenoring.
Technischer Überblick
Das EVAP-Subsystem interagiert mit mehreren ECU-Komponenten, darunter:
- Steuerventil für die Entlüftung (N80 / Magnetventil) - steuert den Kraftstoffdampfstrom vom Kanister zum Ansaugtrakt.
- Tankdrucksensor - spürt Lecks auf und überprüft die Systemintegrität.
- Entlüftungssteuerung - gibt während des Spülvorgangs gefilterte Luft in das System ab.
Wenn diese Komponenten ausfallen oder gelöscht werden, protokolliert das Steuergerät Fehlercodes und setzt das Bereitschaftsflag auf “Nicht vollständig”.”
Durch unsere Kalibrierung werden diese Diagnoseprüfungen sicher deaktiviert, während andere Abgassysteme (wie O2, Katalysatorleistung usw.) voll funktionsfähig bleiben.
Wie es funktioniert
- Bewertung: Wir überprüfen die ECU-ID und die zugehörige DTC-Struktur, um EVAP-Abhängigkeiten zu identifizieren.
- Kalibrierung: Wir modify Spülung, Tankdruck, und Bereitschaft Logik sicher bypass EVAP monitoring.
- Verifizierung: Nach dem Flashen arbeitet das Steuergerät normal, alle Nicht-EVAP-Systeme sind intakt und es gibt keine DTCs.
