Comment l'étalonnage du DPF/FAP Off est-il conçu ?
Une bonne Démontage du DPF désactive les routines de régénération, le suivi de la charge de suie et les moniteurs de diagnostic associés, tout en maintenant un couple stable et un contrôle air/carburant.
Les étalonnages de TuningBot ajustent tous les interrupteurs et les checksum de sorte que le calculateur ne tente plus de régénérer ou de mémoriser les codes d'erreur liés à la charge de suie.
Le moteur continue de fonctionner dans un état propre et prévisible, avec un contrôle du couple et des diagnostics entièrement fonctionnels, sans rapport avec le filtre.
Symptômes typiques avant le service
- Régénérations fréquentes sur de courts trajets, consommation élevée de carburant et dilution de l'huile.
- Limp mode avec DTC pour la charge de suie, la pression différentielle ou les capteurs de température d'échappement.
- Contre-pression d'échappement élevée sollicitant le turbocompresseur, la vanne EGR et les injecteurs.
Comportement attendu après l'étalonnage
- Fonctionnement stable avec la logique de régénération et les compteurs désactivés.
- Diminution de la contre-pression d'échappement et réduction de l'EGT à pleine charge.
- Amélioration de la réponse de l'accélérateur et du couple.
