Dépose des volets de turbulence (également connu sous le nom de VSA (intake runner flap delete) est un service professionnel d'étalonnage du calculateur qui désactive les routines de contrôle et de diagnostic des volets variables du collecteur d'admission.
Ces volets sont conçus pour améliorer les turbulences de l'air et l'efficacité de la combustion à bas régime, mais sur de nombreux véhicules, surtout à partir de la fin de l'année, ils ne sont plus nécessaires. Groupe VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Alfa Romeo et Fiat-ils sont sujets à l'usure, à l'accumulation de carbone et aux défaillances mécaniques.

Lorsque les volets de turbulence ou d'admission collent ou se cassent, ils peuvent entraîner une perte de performance, des voyants de contrôle du moteur, voire de graves dommages au moteur si des fragments sont ingérés par les cylindres.
Au lieu de remplacer l'ensemble du collecteur d'admission (souvent coûteux), une Dépose du volet de turbulence Le logiciel de l'ECU garantit que les volets sont entièrement désactivés électroniquement et qu'aucun code d'erreur de diagnostic (DTC) n'apparaît.

Fonctionnement de l'élimination des turbulences

Notre Suppression des volets de turbulence désactive à la fois le contrôle de l'actionneur et les diagnostics de retour de position à l'intérieur du calculateur.
Cela permet de déconnecter ou d'enlever physiquement les volets en toute sécurité sans déclencher de voyants d'avertissement ou de mode.
La modification est effectuée directement dans le logiciel de l'ECU.testé au banc d'essai et vérifié sur banc d'essai-pour maintenir une conduite optimale et une bonne gestion de l'admission dans toutes les conditions d'utilisation.
Si nécessaire, nous fournissons également des notes pour l'obturation mécanique ou l'enlèvement de la tringlerie afin de garantir un travail complet et fiable.

Quand l'enlèvement des volets de turbulence est recommandé

- Lorsque les volets de turbulence sont grippés, cassés ou qu'ils produisent des codes d'erreur tels que P2004-P2015 (contrôle de la course du collecteur d'admission bloqué ou plage/performance).
- Lorsque le moteur ou la tringlerie de l'actionneur est endommagé, ce qui entraîne une distribution irrégulière de l'air ou une instabilité du ralenti.
- Lorsque l'accumulation de carbone limite fortement le flux d'air dans le collecteur d'admission, ce qui est fréquent dans les moteurs diesel à fort kilométrage.
- Lors de la mise au point des performances ou de la suppression du DPF/EGR, la désactivation des volets de turbulence permet de maintenir une trajectoire d'air cohérente et de simplifier l'étalonnage.

Avantages et notes techniques

- Élimine les codes d'erreur liés aux volets de turbulence et le limp mode.
- Empêche que le moteur ne soit endommagé par des composants de volets cassés qui pénètreraient dans l'admission.
- Améliore la fiabilité à long terme et réduit les restrictions d'admission.
- Idéal pour les véhicules de sport automobile et tout-terrain où la fonction de tourbillon n'est pas nécessaire.

Important : L'enlèvement des volets de turbulence est destiné à utilisation hors route ou dans le cadre de sports mécaniques, ou lorsque la législation locale en matière d'émissions autorise de telles modifications.
Ce service n'affecte pas les fonctions principales de sécurité ou d'alimentation de l'ECU et maintient une fluidité et une fiabilité comparables à celles des OEM.
