EVAP Off Service - Sistema de Control de Emisiones Evaporativas

En Servicio EVAP Off desactiva la lógica del Sistema de Control de Emisiones Evaporativas en el software de la ECU. El sistema EVAP está diseñado para evitar que los vapores de combustible escapen del tanque a la atmósfera capturándolos dentro de un cartucho de carbón y purgándolos periódicamente en el sistema de admisión. Con el tiempo, la válvula de control de purga o recipiente a menudo se convierte en defectuoso, provocando DTC, luces de revisión del motor, y problemas de conducción.

Al desactivar la lógica EVAP y los monitores de preparación relacionados en la ECU, nuestro Servicio EVAP Off asegura que el vehículo funcione sin problemas sin activar ningún DTC relacionado con las emisiones o luces MIL. Esta solución es especialmente útil cuando el sistema de purga o los sensores de presión del depósito se eliminan físicamente, se desactivan o se sustituyen por una configuración de combustible personalizada.

Cuándo utilizar

  • Después de quitar o desactivar el cartucho de carbón o la válvula de control de purga durante la puesta a punto o construcciones personalizadas.
  • Cuando el sistema EVAP causa recurring DTCs como P0441, P0455, P0456, P0457, o fallos de preparación relacionados.
  • Para vehículos convertidos para deportes de motor o aplicaciones todoterreno donde el sistema EVAP es innecesario.
  • Para eliminar las luces de comprobación del motor causadas por errores de control de la presión del depósito o del caudal de purga.

Resumen técnico

El subsistema EVAP interactúa con múltiples componentes de la ECU, incluyendo:

  • Válvula de control de purga (N80 / solenoide) - gestiona el flujo de vapor de combustible del bidón a la admisión.
  • Sensor de presión del depósito - detecta fugas y verifica la integridad del sistema.
  • Control de ventilación - libera aire filtrado en el sistema durante la operación de purga.

Cuando estos componentes fallan o se eliminan, la ECU registra los códigos de error y establece la bandera de preparación en “No Completo”.”
Nuestra calibración desactiva de forma segura estas comprobaciones de diagnóstico mientras mantiene otros sistemas de emisiones (como el O2, la eficiencia del gato, etc.) completamente funcionales.

Cómo funciona

  1. Evaluación: Revisamos el ID de la ECU y la estructura de los DTC relacionados para identificar las dependencias del EVAP.
  2. Calibración: Nosotros modify purga, la presión del tanque, y la lógica de preparación para la seguridad bypass EVAP monitoring.
  3. Verificación: Una vez flasheada, la ECU funciona normalmente con todos los sistemas no EVAP intactos y sin DTCs.
