Gains de performance grâce à la mise au point du calculateur représentent les augmentations mesurables de la puissance (HP) et du couple (Nm) obtenues grâce à un étalonnage professionnel de l'unité de contrôle électronique (ECU). Cette base de données complète documente Plus de 500 configurations Stage 1 testées sur banc d'essai à travers Plus de 200 types d'ECU uniques de fabricants tels que Bosch, Continental, Denso, Magneti Marelli, Delphi, etc.
Phase 1 de la mise au point du calculateur est le niveau d'étalonnage le plus sûr et le plus conservateur. pas de matériel modifications. Il optimise les paramètres du moteur tels que le calage de l'injection de carburant, la pression boost, l'avance à l'allumage et les limiteurs de couple, tout en maintenant une compatibilité totale avec les composants OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). La phase 1 est conçue pour une fiabilité maximale, l'optimisation du rendement énergétique et la conduite quotidienne par tous les temps et dans toutes les conditions routières.
Toutes les données de performance présentées ci-dessous ont été validées par essais sur banc d'essai (mesure au dynamomètre) et représente des objectifs de puissance conservateurs et très sûrs, adaptés aux véhicules équipés de systèmes d'échappement, de turbocompresseurs, de refroidisseurs intermédiaires et de systèmes d'admission d'origine. Ces gains sont réalisables par le biais de modifications logicielles via le flash OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) ou la programmation au banc.

Étape 1 Philosophie de conception

- Alimentation en carburant : L'objectif lambda est ajusté à 0,80-0,85 à pleine charge (légèrement riche) pour assurer le refroidissement des cylindres et la protection contre la détonation.
- Limiteurs de couple : Les limiteurs de couple de la transmission et du groupe motopropulseur ont été respectés pour éviter d'endommager les composants.
- EGT Management : Les limites de température des gaz d'échappement sont surveillées pour éviter d'endommager le turbocompresseur et le catalyst.
Disponibilité des réglages personnalisés Stage 2 et Stage 3

Garantie et considérations juridiques
Le réglage du calculateur peut affecter la couverture de la garantie du véhicule :
- Garantie du fabricant : Certains fabricants annulent la garantie pour le logiciel du calculateur modified. Vérifiez les conditions de votre garantie avant de poursuivre.
