AGS - Desmontaje de la rejilla activa
Extracción de AGS (persiana activa) desactiva la lógica de la ECU/BCM que controla las persianas activas de la parrilla delantera. Estas persianas se abren y cierran para equilibrar la refrigeración y la aerodinámica; cuando el actuador mecatrónico, el sensor de posición o el cableado fallan, el sistema genera DTC y puede forzar estrategias de cojera. Con esta calibración, la lógica AGS es bypassed por lo que el vehículo funciona normalmente sin errores relacionados con AGS.
Qué resuelve: Averías persistentes del AGS (atasco en apertura/cierre), rotura de los engranajes del actuador, errores del sensor de posición, corrosión del cableado o falta de persianas después de las modificaciones frontales.
Los códigos de avería típicos incluyen ejemplos como P059F (Rejilla activa Air Shutter “A” Performance/Stuck Off), P069E / DTC específicos del fabricante “Persiana frontal bloqueada” y DTCs de control AGS similares según la marca/model.
Cuándo utilizar
- Reparación del frontal o instalación de parachoques/IC posventa en los que el conjunto del obturador se ha retirado o interfiere con el ajuste.
- Fallo del actuador o del sensor de posición que provoca DTC y mensajes de advertencia recurring.
- Hielo en climas fríos o suciedad que bloquea repetidamente las persianas.
- Uso en pista o fuera de carretera, donde las persianas aerodinámicas son innecesarias.
Resumen técnico
El sistema AGS suele constar de Actuador de CC con retroalimentación de posición integrated, a control module (BCM/PCM integración varía), y rutinas de diagnóstico que validan los tiempos de recorrido, la posición final de parada y la integridad eléctrica. Cuando el conjunto se retira o se atasca, la ECU/BCM registra DTC y puede alterar el ventilador de refrigeración o las estrategias térmicas.
- Entradas: temperatura ambiente y del refrigerante, velocidad del vehículo, carga del aire acondicionado, reducción de resistencia deseada.
- Salidas: ángulo de obturación comandado, accionamiento del actuador, comprobaciones de plausibilidad y temporizadores de fallo.
- Diagnóstico: pruebas de circuito/abierto/cortocircuito, verosimilitud del tiempo de recorrido, detección de atascos/bloqueos.
En Retirada de AGS La calibración desactiva la lógica de monitorización y las comprobaciones de disponibilidad específicas del subsistema de persianas, dejando el ventilador del radiador y el control térmico del motor totalmente operativos a través de los mapas estándar de la ECU.
Cómo funciona
- Evaluación: identificar la arquitectura AGS (ECU-integrated vs BCM-managed) y el conjunto de DTC de la plataforma.
- Calibración: aplicar la lógica del obturador bypass y suprimir sólo los DTC AGS necesarios.
- Flashear y verificar: flashee el archivo con su herramienta; confirme que no hay fallos AGS y que el comportamiento de refrigeración es normal.
