Explicación del desmontaje de las aletas de escape

En Extracción de la aleta de escape desactiva la lógica de control de la válvula de escape dentro de la ECU, manteniendo la válvula permanentemente abierta en todas las condiciones de mode conducción y temperatura. Evita cierres inesperados durante los arranques en frío o a bajas RPM y garantiza un tono de escape constante y predecible. Con nuestro Extracción de la aleta de escape calibración evitará los comportamientos intermitentes causados por las estrategias de los fabricantes de equipos originales, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una fiabilidad total.

Nota de VAG: En muchos models de VAG, la mariposa de escape se gestiona a través de modes de conducción como Sport, Comfort o Dynamic. Nuestro Extracción de la aleta de escape mantiene la válvula abierta en todo momento para un sonido y un flujo de escape uniformes.

Nota general: Si el actuador se desenchufa o se retira físicamente, la ECU puede emitir DTC. Podemos desactivar los diagnósticos pertinentes junto con la lógica de control para evitar luces de advertencia o errores.

Ventajas de la eliminación de las aletas de escape

  • Válvula de escape constantemente abierta para un flujo constante y un sonido más deportivo y agresivo.
  • Elimina el control de la ECU que cierra la válvula en el arranque en frío o en conducción estándar modes.
  • Evita DTCs relacionados con actuadores de flaps desconectados o defectuosos cuando se combina con diagnósticos específicos desactivados.
  • Totalmente reversible: la lógica de solapa OEM se puede restaurar en cualquier momento con el archivo original.
