Rimozione AdBlue (SCR Off) - Riduzione catalitica selettiva disattivata
Rimozione dell'AdBlue è un servizio di calibrazione professionale della centralina progettato per disattivare il sistema di riduzione catalitica selettiva (SCR) presente nei motori diesel modern.
Il sistema SCR utilizza AdBlue (una soluzione a base di urea) per ridurre le emissioni di ossido di azoto (NOx) convertendole in azoto innocuo e vapore acqueo attraverso una reazione chimica nell'catalyst.
Pur essendo efficace per la conformità alle emissioni, il sistema AdBlue è spesso costoso da mantenere e soggetto a guasti causati da sensori, pompe, iniettori o dal suo controllo dedicato module.
Il nostro Rimozione dell'AdBlue elimina questi problemi in modo sicuro, prevenendo i guasti legati all'SCR, i messaggi di avvertimento e le attivazioni di limp-mode, pur mantenendo tutte le altre protezioni della centralina e le capacità diagnostiche.
Come funziona il sistema AdBlue / SCR
Il sistema SCR inietta il fluido AdBlue nel flusso di scarico a monte dell'SCR catalyst.
L'ammoniaca rilasciata dall'urea reagisce chimicamente con i gas NOx per neutralizzare gli inquinanti.
Il controllo è gestito da un sistema separato Centralina AdBlue (DCU o ACM) comunicare con l'ECU principale del motore attraverso la rete CAN.
Se il serbatoio si svuota o i componenti si guastano, l'ECU può imporre un conto alla rovescia che limita gli avviamenti o la coppia erogata.
Con un professionista Rimozione dell'AdBlue, Queste routine e i trigger diagnostici sono disattivati in modo sicuro all'interno del software dell'ECU, mantenendo la piena compatibilità con gli altri sistemi.
Quando è consigliata la rimozione dell'AdBlue
- Quando gli iniettori, le pompe o i sensori dell'AdBlue si guastano e la loro sostituzione è antieconomica.
- Quando i DTC come P20E8, P204F, P207F persistono anche dopo la riparazione meccanica.
- Per i veicoli fuoristrada, agricoli o da sport motoristici in cui non sono richiesti sistemi SCR.
- Per evitare il conto alla rovescia dell'AdBlue e le limitazioni del limp-mode dovute a malfunzionamenti del sistema.
Come eseguire la procedura di rimozione dell'AdBlue / SCR
Il nostro servizio modifica la centralina per disattivare il dosaggio dell'AdBlue, i controlli di livello e tutti i relativi codici di errore, mantenendo attiva la diagnostica non-SCR.
Sulle piattaforme con un modulo 1TP41 esterno (DCU/ACM), la comunicazione viene interrotta o ricalibrata in modo pulito.
Seguite questi passaggi per garantire un processo corretto:
- Caricare il 1TP40File ECU originale con tutti i componenti collegati e verificare che la macchina si avvii normalmente.
- Riempire il serbatoio dell'AdBlue e utilizzare uno scanner per resettare tutti i parametri dell'AdBlue, verificando che non vi siano guasti attivi.
- Flash il 1TP41Fascicolo modificato fornito da TuningBot e cancellare la memoria DTC.
- Scollegare l'ECU AdBlue, la pompa e i sensori (se applicabili) come descritto nella nostra pagina di documentazione.
SCRIVERE IL FILE SOLO QUANDO IL SISTEMA SCR È COMPLETAMENTE FUNZIONANTE E RIPRISTINATO.
RESETTARE SEMPRE IL SISTEMA ADBLUE CON UNO STRUMENTO DIAGNOSTICO PRIMA DI FLASHARE IL FILE MODIFICATO.

Informazioni aggiuntive
Il Sistema AdBlue / SCR è uno dei sottosistemi di post-trattamento più complessi dei diesel modern.
Si tratta di sensori di temperatura, sensori di NOx, pompe di dosaggio, sensori di livello e una centralina dedicata.
Quando questi componenti si guastano, i veicoli spesso registrano più DTC, attivano il conto alla rovescia sul cruscotto o entrano in limitazione di coppia modes.
