Les systèmes EGR renvoient une quantité mesurée de gaz d'échappement dans l'admission afin de réduire la formation de NOx. Toutefois, en conditions réelles, ils introduisent souvent de la suie et des vapeurs d'huile dans le circuit d'admission, recouvrant progressivement le collecteur, les volets de turbulence et les soupapes, et augmentant les pertes de pompage. Lorsque la vanne EGR est défectueuse (bloquée en position ouverte ou fermée), que l'admission est fortement encrassée ou que des problèmes de conduite et des codes DTC fréquents surviennent, un système de recyclage des gaz d'échappement correctement conçu peut s'avérer utile. Étalonnage de l'arrêt de l'EGR peut rétablir un flux d'air propre et un fonctionnement stable pour les applications tout-terrain ou de sport automobile, ou lorsque la législation locale l'autorise.

Ce que comprend le service d'enlèvement de l'EGR
Nos ingénieurs désactivent la logique EGR et les diagnostics embarqués associés (DTC, contrôles de plausibilité et de disponibilité le cas échéant) directement dans l'étalonnage de l'ECU. Les procédures sont les suivantes validée au banc et vérifiée en dynamique pour conserver une conduite de niveau OEM, une alimentation correcte et une bonne gestion de la température. Pour des familles de calculateurs spécifiques, nous fournissons également des notes sur les solénoïdes à vide, les capteurs de position ou la manipulation du refroidisseur bypass lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Avec cette Stratégie EGR Off le moteur respire un air plus pur, l'accumulation de dépôts à l'admission ralentit et la stabilité de la combustion au ralenti ou à charge partielle s'améliore. Comment l'étalonnage de l'arrêt de la recirculation des gaz d'échappement est conçu
Une stratégie EGR Off appropriée désactive les moniteurs de demande, de retour et de plausibilité de l'EGR tout en préservant le couple model, l'estimation de la masse d'air et les seuils de sécurité en matière d'émissions non liés à l'EGR. Les étalonnages de TuningBot ajustent tous les interrupteurs et checksum de sorte que le calculateur ne commande pas l'EGR et n'active pas les codes DTC spécifiques à l'EGR, ce qui permet de conserver le reste des diagnostics.

Cet étalonnage est destiné à une utilisation hors route, sur circuit ou en sport automobile, à moins que votre juridiction n'autorise explicitement le fonctionnement sans recyclage des gaz d'échappement.
