Sport displays calibration is a visual-only adjustment that rescales BMW HP/Nm sport gauges so the in-car display reflects the output of a verified ECU remap. It does not create power; it simply aligns the digital gauges with real dyno or logging data from the tuned vehicle.

Sport Displays Calibration (BMW HP/NM Gauges)

With sport displays calibration we adjust the BMW sport gauges (horsepower and torque readouts) so the head-unit or cluster display reflects the vehicle’s tuned performance. After a proper ECU calibration, the central screen gauges can be re-scaled to show realistic HP and Nm values for your specific setup.

Important: This feature is visual only and does not generate power by itself. It must correspond to an actual, verified ECU/TCU calibration.

Compatibility: Available only on BMW models that natively support sport displays in the head unit or cluster. Availability and limits depend on model year, iDrive/head-unit software and vehicle configuration.

Service notes: A dealer software update or head-unit replacement may revert the gauges to stock; in that case the calibration can be reapplied.

How sport displays calibration works

  1. We review your current calibration and target output; dyno graphs or well-documented logs are strongly recommended.
  2. We generate a tailored file that re-scales the HP/Nm ranges of the sport displays to match realistic peak values for your tune.
  3. You flash the file (or we assist remotely) and verify the new gauge sweep against dyno or logging data.
