  • ☐ No confirmed/pending DTCs
  • ☐ Multiple WOT pulls logged
  • ☐ Boost/IQ/Rail targets achieved
  • ☐ EGT within safe limits
  • ☐ No knock activity (gasoline)
  • ☐ Lambda targets achieved
  • ☐ Smooth idle (hot and cold)
  • ☐ Clean throttle response
  • ☐ Cold start verified

Red Flags – Do Not Deliver

  • Any persistent DTC
  • Torque monitoring intervention
  • EGT exceeding limits
  • Visible smoke at WOT
