Contrôle du coupleoring désactivé est un étalonnage spécialisé de l'ECU conçu pour les plates-formes qui mettent en œuvre des contrôles avancés du couple model. Cette stratégie de désactivation de la plausibilité du couple ne désactive que les contrôles spécifiques responsables des fausses coupures de couple. Le contrôle du cliquetis, la protection de la température, la limitation du dépassement de boost et les protections de la pression d'huile restent pleinement actifs, de sorte que le moteur continue à fonctionner dans une enveloppe de sécurité contrôlée.
Comment fonctionne la désactivation de la plausibilité du couple
Les calculateurs modernes suivent un chemin de couple multi-stage : souhait du conducteur → couple demandé → couple autorisé → couple fourni. En interne, ils comparent les valeurs attendues avec le couple inverse models. Lorsque l'écart dépasse les seuils fixés en usine, le calculateur réagit comme s'il y avait un défaut mécanique et applique une réduction du couple.
Cette approche de désactivation des moniteurs désactive ces moniteurs de plausibilité spécifiques tout en préservant la structure du couple et la logique d'arbitrage. Chaque solution est validée au banc et testée au banc d'essai pour garantir une conduite prévisible, une livraison de couple en douceur et la compatibilité avec les systèmes de traction, de boîte de vitesses et d'ESP.

Sur de nombreuses plates-formes modern, la validation du couple est intégrée à la modelling de la masse d'air, au contrôle du VTG, à l'estimation du débit du turbo, aux corrections basées sur le cliquetis et à l'arbitrage de la boîte de vitesses. Même avec un étalonnage correct, des composants tels que les turbos hybrides, les prises d'air à haut débit, les mélanges d'éthanol ou l'augmentation du boost à bas régime peuvent pousser le couple inverse model en dehors de la plage prévue. Dans ces cas, le calculateur peut signaler une inadéquation interne et réduire le couple de manière aléatoire.
