Monitoring par desactivado es una calibración de ECU especializada diseñada para plataformas que implementan comprobaciones avanzadas de par model. Estas unidades de control comparan el par deseado, el par permitido y el par calculado (derivado del boost, el flujo de aire, el encendido y el lambda). Cuando estos valores divergen de los umbrales de plausibilidad de fábrica, la ECU interviene cortando el boost, cerrando el acelerador o entrando en ralentí mode.

En la puesta a punto en el mundo real, esta calibración se utiliza cuando el motor produce más par de lo que el original model espera, incluso si el hardware y los sensores funcionan correctamente. El resultado son intervenciones repetidas que perturban la conducción en configuraciones por lo demás bien construidas.

Esta estrategia de desactivación de la verosimilitud del par sólo desactiva las comprobaciones específicas responsables de los falsos cortes de par. El control de picado, la protección de temperatura, la limitación de sobreboost y las salvaguardas de presión de aceite permanecen completamente activas para que el motor continúe funcionando dentro de una envolvente de seguridad controlada.
Cómo funciona la desactivación de la verosimilitud del par
Las ECU modernas siguen una ruta de par multi-stage: deseo del conductor → par solicitado → par permitido → par suministrado. Internamente, comparan los valores esperados con los models de par inverso. Cuando la desviación supera los umbrales de fábrica, la ECU reacciona como si hubiera un fallo mecánico y aplica una reducción del par.
Este enfoque de monitoring-off desactiva esos monitores de plausibilidad específicos al tiempo que preserva la estructura de par y la lógica de arbitraje. Cada solución se valida en banco y se prueba en banco de potencia para garantizar una conducción predecible, una entrega de par suave y la compatibilidad con los sistemas de tracción, caja de cambios y ESP.

En muchas plataformas modern, la validación del par se integra con la modelación de la masa de aire, el control VTG, la estimación del flujo del turbo, las correcciones basadas en el golpeteo y el arbitraje de la caja de cambios. Incluso con una calibración correcta, componentes como los turbos híbridos, las tomas de admisión de alto flujo, las mezclas de etanol o el aumento del boost a bajas RPM pueden empujar el model de par inverso fuera de su rango previsto. En estos casos, la ECU puede marcar un desajuste interno y reducir el par de forma aleatoria. Neutralizar sólo las rutinas problemáticas preserva la consistencia del model a la vez que evita falsos cortes de par.
