Fonctionnement du système AdBlue / SCR

Le système SCR injecte du liquide AdBlue dans les gaz d'échappement en amont du SCR catalyst. L'urée se décompose en ammoniac, qui réagit avec les gaz NOx pour réduire les émissions. Le contrôle est généralement géré par un Calculateur AdBlue (DCU ou ACM) qui communique avec le calculateur du moteur via CAN. Si le réservoir est vide ou si des composants tombent en panne, le système peut déclencher des codes DTC, des avertissements sur le tableau de bord, des limitations de couple ou des comptes à rebours de démarrage.

Fonctionnement de la procédure d'élimination d'AdBlue / SCR

Notre calibration désactive le dosage d'AdBlue, les contrôles de niveau et les codes de défaut spécifiques au SCR à l'intérieur de l'ECU, tout en gardant les autres diagnostics actifs. Sur les véhicules équipés d'un module 1TP41 externe (DCU/ACM), la communication CAN est proprement interrompue ou recalibrée en fonction des exigences de la plate-forme. Un flux de travail typique est le suivant :

  1. Charger le 1TP40Fichier ECU original avec tous les composants AdBlue connectés et vérifiez que le moteur démarre et fonctionne normalement.
