Suppression du recyclage des gaz d'échappement (AGR Off) - Recirculation des gaz d'échappement désactivée
Démontage du système EGR est un service professionnel d'étalonnage du calculateur qui désactive la stratégie de recirculation des gaz d'échappement et les diagnostics associés au niveau du logiciel.
Les systèmes EGR renvoient une quantité mesurée de gaz d'échappement dans l'admission afin de réduire la formation de NOx ; cependant, en utilisation réelle, ils introduisent souvent de la suie et des vapeurs d'huile dans le circuit d'admission, enduisant progressivement le collecteur, les volets de turbulence et les soupapes d'admission, et en augmentant les pertes de pompage.Lorsque la vanne EGR est défectueuse (bloquée en position ouverte/fermée), lorsque l'admission est fortement encrassée ou lorsque des problèmes de conduite et des codes DTC fréquents surviennent, un système de recyclage des gaz d'échappement correctement conçu peut s'avérer utile. Démontage du système EGR peut rétablir un flux d'air propre et un fonctionnement stable pour les applications tout-terrain/motosport ou lorsque la législation locale l'autorise.

Nos ingénieurs désactivent la logique EGR et les diagnostics embarqués (DTC, contrôles de plausibilité et état de préparation le cas échéant) directement dans l'étalonnage de l'ECU.
Les procédures sont validée au banc et vérifiée en dynamique Pour conserver une conduite de niveau OEM, ciblez le lambda et le contrôle de la température des gaz d'échappement. Pour des familles de calculateurs spécifiques, nous fournissons également des notes sur les solénoïdes à vide, les capteurs de position ou la gestion du refroidisseur bypass.
Avantages et notes techniques
Avec Démontage du système EGR le moteur respire un air plus pur, les dépôts à l'admission progressent plus lentement et la stabilité de la combustion au ralenti/à charge partielle s'améliore.
De nombreuses plates-formes montrent également une réponse plus régulière de l'accélérateur et une réduction de la charge de suie dans l'admission et le refroidisseur intermédiaire.
