En los vehículos modern la lógica del inmovilizador se distribuye entre la llave, grupo de instrumentos, BCM y ECU / TCU, por lo que el comportamiento puede diferir de un sistema OEM totalmente alineado.
Cómo funciona Immo Off en los vehículos modern
El inmovilizador es un sistema de securidad crítico en los coches modern. Normalmente sigue la cadena llave → clúster → BCM → ECU / TCU. Cuando uno de estos elementos falla o se sustituye sin la adaptación adecuada, es posible que el motor no arranque o se cale inmediatamente. En muchos casos, la solución OEM es una ECU completamente nueva o un procedimiento completo de alineación del inmovilizador.
Con una correcta Immo Off solución, se desactivan o neutralizan las comprobaciones del inmovilizador en la ECU, lo que permite que la unidad de control del motor funcione sin la esperada autenticación de la llave o del BCMoris. Esto es especialmente útil cuando:
- Sustitución de una ECU defectuosa por una unidad donante.
- Realización de cambios de motor con diferentes ECUs.
- Gestión de escenarios de pérdida total de llaves en vehículos no en movimiento.
En los vehículos más recientes, especialmente a partir del año de fabricación 2009 aproximadamente, es importante tener en cuenta que la lógica del inmovilizador suele ser común a todas las unidades mod. Aunque el motor arranque con el inmovilizador desactivado, es posible que las funciones de confort, los cierres, las alarmas o los mensajes del cuadro de instrumentos no se comporten como un sistema OEM totalmente sincronizado, ya que el módulo de control de la carrocería (BCM) y el cuadro de instrumentos siguen esperando la autorización de la llave original.
