Privacy Policy – TuningBot
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains how TuningBot and its affiliates — including all companies within the same group (hereinafter collectively referred to as “TuningBot”) — collect, use, store, and protect personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
This Policy applies to all information obtained by TuningBot in connection with the User’s use of any TuningBot website, software, services, programs, or products (hereinafter collectively, the “Services”), as well as during the execution of any agreements or contracts with the User.
By using the Services, the User confirms unconditional consent to this Policy and to the processing of their personal information as described herein.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Personal Information Collected
2.1. Definition
For the purpose of this Policy, “personal information” refers to the following categories of data:
2.1.1. Information provided by the User during registration (account creation) or while using the Services, including contact and identification details.
Information marked as mandatory is required for proper service delivery; all other information is provided voluntarily.
2.1.2. Automatically collected data, including but not limited to:
IP address, cookie data, browser and operating system type, hardware specifications, access time, requested URL, and other similar technical information.
2.1.3. Additional information that may be processed in accordance with the specific terms of use of certain TuningBot Services.
2.2. Scope
This Policy applies only to information processed while using TuningBot Services.
TuningBot is not responsible for the data processing practices of third-party websites that may be linked from its own pages.
2.3. Accuracy of Information
TuningBot does not verify the authenticity of data provided by the User and assumes that all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Providing false or insufficient information may limit the User’s access to certain Services, as described in the User Agreement.
3. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
TuningBot collects and processes personal information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
3.1. Identifying and authenticating Users of the Services or parties to an agreement.
3.2. Providing, personalizing, and maintaining the Services.
3.3. Communicating with the User (e.g., notices, requests, service updates, and support).
3.4. Improving service quality, developing new features, and enhancing user experience.
3.5. Performing statistical and analytical research using anonymized data.
3.6. Delivering targeted advertising in compliance with applicable regulations.
TuningBot retains only the personal information necessary to fulfill these purposes, unless longer retention is required by law.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
TuningBot treats all personal information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, except in the following cases:
4.1. The User has provided explicit consent.
4.2. Disclosure is required for the provision of a Service or execution of a contract with the User.
4.3. The information is transferred as part of a business sale or reorganization, provided that the acquiring entity assumes all obligations under this Policy.
4.4. Disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TuningBot, its users, or third parties.
4.5. Aggregated or anonymized statistical data may be shared with partners or researchers for analytical purposes.
5. User Rights: Access, Correction, and Deletion
5.1. The User may view, edit, or update their personal information at any time through their account settings.
5.2. The User may request deletion of their personal data by contacting TuningBot’s support team via the official contact form.
5.3. Certain legal obligations may require TuningBot to retain specific data for a defined period, even after a deletion request, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
6.1. TuningBot uses cookies and similar technologies to provide a personalized experience, analyze traffic, and improve service quality.
Cookies may also be used for advertising and statistical purposes.
6.2. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings or delete previously stored cookies.
However, some Services may function only if cookies are enabled.
6.3. The structure and content of cookies are determined by TuningBot and may change without prior notice.
6.4. Tracking counters embedded in the Services may analyze cookie data to collect usage statistics and ensure the technical performance of TuningBot’s systems.
7. Data Protection and Security
TuningBot implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect User data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures include encryption, restricted access controls, and regular security audits.
TuningBot may request additional verification details (e.g., for credit card transactions) to confirm legitimate use and prevent fraud.
8. GDPR Compliance – User Data Rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Users located in the European Union have the right to:

Request complete deletion of their personal data (“right to be forgotten”);

Withdraw consent for processing at any time.

TuningBot will acknowledge receipt and respond within five (5) business days.
In the event of a data deletion request, TuningBot will first provide a record of all data held, then confirm completion of the removal process via email within 48 hours, unless the User instructs otherwise.
After deletion, no further communications will be sent unless the User voluntarily provides new data and explicitly grants consent again.
