Руководства по тюнингу

Hot start fix diagnosis: compare failed and successful starts, check cranking voltage, synchronization and fuel delivery, then assess calibration evidence.

EGR off tuning explained: distinguish valve commands from actual flow, diagnose hardware faults and assess airflow, aftertreatment and compliance evidence.

Start stop off explained: check factory controls, reset behavior, battery-related inhibition and the limits of coding or ECU calibration changes.

Swirl flap off explained: identify intake hardware, diagnose actuator and linkage faults, compare repair options and understand ECU and emissions implications.

Antilag tuning explained: distinguish system types, check ECU activation logic, assess thermal limits and interpret logs without universal settings.

Cold start delete explained: distinguish catalyst heating from starting enrichment, interpret lambda data and compare properly conditioned cold-start logs.

Emissions compliant tuning: assess vehicle-specific evidence, OBD function, test coverage and U.S. documentation before accepting a compliance claim.

Speed limiter removal explained: distinguish Vmax from warnings and RPM limits, verify calibration scope and separate U.S. truck proposals from e-bike rules.

Exhaust flap control explained: identify the valve, diagnose actuator faults, check learning requirements and verify application-specific calibration changes.

Speedometer calibration explained: measure the error, trace the speed signal, choose a supported correction and verify speed and distance separately.

New Genius tuning guide: serial programming, Flash Point file exchange, original-read coverage, checksum checks and documented recovery.

Knock control tuning: distinguish MBT from knock limits, validate sensors and interpret detection thresholds, ignition correction and logs.

PCMflash bootloader tuning: verify module support, adapter requirements, read coverage, checksum handling and the documented recovery procedure.

DTC table editing explained: matching A2L definitions, diagnostic dependencies, binary comparisons, checksum handling and validation limits.

DCM6.2 tuning: identify the ECU variant, verify supported access and file coverage, assign checksum handling and validate diesel operating logs.

Burble tune legal status in the U.S.: emissions evidence, CARB requirements, EPA updates and why readiness or a mode switch is not approval.

Overrun burble tuning explained: fuel-cut behavior, exhaust heat, temperature models and the limits of lambda and knock logs.

MED17 torque structure explained: driver requests, torque models, map definitions, monitoring and ECU–TCU log interpretation.

Understand what a Stage 2 car label does and does not specify: hardware, fuel, software compatibility, validation and project costs.

Assess an RPM limiter increase using engine limits, valvetrain data, fueling, oiling and transmission behavior. No universal safe RPM increment.

Understand a fan temperature map: sensor accuracy, hysteresis, relay and PWM hardware, override requests and thermal validation.
