Rimozione dei deflettori / VSA / deflettori dei canali di aspirazione
Rimozione dei deflettori (noto anche come VSA o eliminazione dei flap del canale di aspirazione) è un servizio di calibrazione professionale della centralina che disabilita le routine di controllo e diagnostica dei flap variabili del collettore di aspirazione.
Questi flap sono stati progettati per migliorare la turbolenza dell'aria e l'efficienza della combustione a bassa velocità del motore, ma su molti veicoli, in particolare a partire dalla Gruppo VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Alfa Romeo e Fiat-Sono soggetti a usura, accumulo di carbonio e guasti meccanici.Quando i deflettori di aspirazione o le lamelle si incastrano o si rompono, possono causare perdite di prestazioni, spie di controllo del motore o addirittura gravi danni al motore se i frammenti vengono ingeriti nei cilindri.

Come funziona la rimozione dei deflettori

Quando si raccomanda la rimozione dei deflettori
- Quando i deflettori sono grippati, rotti o producono codici di guasto quali P2004-P2015 (controllo dei canali del collettore di aspirazione bloccato o gamma/prestazioni).
- Quando il motore dell'attuatore o il leveraggio sono danneggiati, con conseguente distribuzione irregolare dell'aria o instabilità del minimo.
- Quando l'accumulo di carbonio limita gravemente il flusso d'aria nel collettore di aspirazione, comunemente nei motori diesel ad alto chilometraggio.
- Quando si esegue la messa a punto delle prestazioni o l'eliminazione del DPF/EGR, la disattivazione dei deflettori aiuta a mantenere un percorso dell'aria coerente e semplifica la calibrazione.
