Rimozione del DPF (DPF/FAP disattivato)
Il Servizio DPF/FAP Off di TuningBot disabilita tutte le strategie di controllo del filtro antiparticolato diesel (DPF/FAP) all'interno della calibrazione della centralina,

Quando è consigliata la rimozione del DPF?
I filtri antiparticolato diesel trattengono le particelle di fuliggine. I brevi viaggi ripetuti o l'uso urbano spesso impediscono la rigenerazione completa, causando intasamenti, limp-mode e affaticamento del turbo.

Come viene progettata la calibrazione DPF/FAP Off
Un vero e proprio Rimozione del DPF La strategia disattiva le routine di rigenerazione, il monitoraggio del carico di fuliggine e i relativi monitor diagnostici, mantenendo stabile la coppia e il controllo aria/carburante.
Le calibrazioni di TuningBot regolano tutti i relativi interruttori e checksum in modo che l'ECU non tenti più di effettuare la rigenerazione o di memorizzare i DTC di carico di fuliggine.
Il motore continua a funzionare in modo pulito e prevedibile, con un monitoraggio della coppia e una diagnostica completamente funzionanti e non correlati al filtro.
Sintomi tipici prima del servizio
- Rigenerazioni frequenti su viaggi brevi, elevato consumo di carburante e diluizione dell'olio.
- Limp mode con DTC per carico di fuliggine, pressione differenziale o sensori di temperatura dello scarico.
- L'elevata contropressione allo scarico sollecita il turbocompressore, la valvola EGR e gli iniettori.
Comportamento previsto dopo la calibrazione
- Funzionamento stabile con logica di rigenerazione e contatori disattivati.
- Riduzione della contropressione allo scarico e EGT ridotto a pieno carico.
- Risposta dell'acceleratore migliorata ed erogazione della coppia più fluida.
