Eliminación del DPF (también llamado DPF / FAP Off) es una calibración profesional de la ECU que desactiva las estrategias del filtro de partículas diesel y los diagnósticos relacionados, asegurando un funcionamiento estable del motor sin el filtro físico - sólo para uso fuera de carretera o deportes de motor donde lo permita la legislación local.
Extracción del DPF (DPF/FAP apagado)

En DPF / FAP Fuera de servicio de TuningBot desactiva todas las estrategias de control del filtro de partículas diesel dentro de la calibración de la ECU, permitiendo un funcionamiento seguro y estable del motor cuando el filtro está obstruido, dañado o físicamente retirado. Cada archivo de calibración está diseñado, probado en banco y verificado en banco de potencia para garantizar la fiabilidad, el correcto manejo de la regeneración y la seguridad a largo plazo.
Retirar el DPF suele ser la única solución cuando el filtro se somete a regeneraciones constantes o se sobrecarga de hollín. El exceso de contrapresión reduce el rendimiento, aumenta el consumo de combustible y pone en peligro el turbocompresor. Tras el procedimiento, el motor respira más libremente, funciona más frío y ofrece un par motor más suave y seguro.

¿Cuándo se recomienda retirar el DPF / FAP?
Los filtros de partículas diésel atrapan el hollín. Los viajes cortos y la conducción urbana impiden una regeneración adecuada, lo que provoca atascos, cojera mode y sobrecarga del turbo. En estos casos, un profesional DPF apagado para configuraciones off-road o de deportes de motor restaura el flujo de escape y elimina las regeneraciones forzadas y los DTC relacionados.
Ventajas de una calibración correcta de la eliminación del DPF
Una solución correctamente diseñada reduce la restricción de los gases de escape, mejora el flujo de aire y estabiliza las temperaturas de los gases de escape. Reduce la contrapresión en el turbo, la EGR y los inyectores, mejora la respuesta del acelerador y puede aumentar la eficiencia del combustible, al tiempo que ayuda a prolongar la vida útil de los componentes cuando se utiliza en condiciones adecuadas.

Los motores diésel modernos dependen de un estricto control de la temperatura de los gases de escape, la estimación de la carga de partículas y la programación de la postinyección. Cuando el DPF se satura, estas funciones pueden comportarse de forma impredecible, provocando regeneraciones repetidas, limitaciones de par e inconsistencias en la conducción. Cómo se diseña la calibración DPF / FAP Off
Una adecuada Eliminación del DPF desactiva las rutinas de regeneración, el seguimiento de la carga de hollín y los monitores de diagnóstico asociados, manteniendo al mismo tiempo el control correcto del par y la gestión del aire / combustible. Las calibraciones TuningBot ajustan todos los interruptores relevantes y áreas checksum para que la ECU ya no intente regeneraciones ni almacene DTCs de carga de hollín. El motor sigue funcionando en un estado predecible y estable con monitoring de par totalmente funcional y diagnósticos no relacionados con el filtro.

Síntomas típicos antes del servicio
- Regeneraciones frecuentes, alto consumo de combustible y dilución del aceite.
- Limp-mode con DTCs para sensores de carga de hollín, presión diferencial o temperatura de escape.
- Alta contrapresión de los gases de escape que sobrecarga el turbocompresor, la válvula EGR y los inyectores.
Comportamiento esperado tras el servicio
- Funcionamiento estable con la lógica de regeneración y los contadores desactivados.
- Menor contrapresión de escape y reducción del EGT a plena carga.
- Mejor respuesta del acelerador y entrega de par más suave.
Cumplimiento, uso y cobertura de la ECU
Esta calibración está pensada para un uso fuera de carretera, como aplicaciones de pista, competición o todoterreno, a menos que su jurisdicción permita explícitamente el funcionamiento sin filtro de partículas diésel. Verifique siempre la normativa local antes de utilizar un vehículo con DPF / FAP Off en vías públicas.
