Remoção de lambda é um serviço profissional de calibração de ECU que desativa o monitoramento do sensor de oxigênio (O₂) pós-catalyst e os códigos de problemas de diagnóstico relacionados. Os controladores de motores modernos comparam continuamente os sinais lambda a montante e a jusante para validar o desempenho do conversor catalítico. Como funciona a remoção do lambda
No nível do software, a ECU contém testes de eficiência do catalyst e monitores de plausibilidade do O₂ traseiro. O Remoção do lambda edita essas rotinas para que o sensor a jusante não acione mais a MIL (luz de verificação do motor), DTCs, reduções de torque ou limp mode. - Em combinação com outras estratégias relacionadas a emissões (por exemplo, CAT desligado, DPF desligado, EGR desligado) para evitar intervenções indesejadas na ECU.
