TuningBot has developed a range of calibrations and an automated workflow that delivers the best performance options for diesel or petrol applications.
Once the file is submitted via the Upload page, our bespoke system automatically generates the optimized software.
With the gearbox tuning software package we focus on faster shift execution, stable clutch control, and smooth torque handover.
We also synchronize the RPM limiter between ECU and TCU so the new limit is effective in all drive modes, and we can tailor launch control targets and kick-down behavior to your use case.

| Increased RPM Limiter | Vehicles equipped with DSG require the RPM limiter to be set both in the engine ECU and in the DSG controller; otherwise it won’t take effect. Our software ensures both controllers share the same limit for a wider usable rev range. |
| Increased Shift Speeds | Gear selection actuation is managed by the Temic controller. Our upgrade can increase shift speed by up to 20%: faster gear changes translate into quicker sprint times. |
| Increased Max Torque | The DSG controller enforces an internal maximum torque allowance. Even with a tuned ECU, torque will be capped by the DSG unless raised. Increasing this allowance unlocks the engine ECU’s full potential safely. |
| Launch Control | All DSG controllers have launch control logic. We can activate/deactivate it and set custom RPM targets to match customer requirements. |
| Kick Down | The DSG controller manages kick-down behavior. We can disable auto kick-down to allow driving in-gear at lower RPM without forced downshifts. |
