Rimozione dei deflettori (indicato anche come VSA o eliminazione dei deflettori di aspirazione) è un servizio di calibrazione professionale della centralina che disabilita il controllo e la diagnostica dei deflettori di aspirazione o delle turbine quando questi componenti sono intenzionalmente bloccati, rimossi o oscurati per l'uso fuoristrada o negli sport motoristici, ove consentito.

Rimozione dei deflettori

I flap di aspirazione variabili sono stati progettati per migliorare la turbolenza dell'aria e l'efficienza della combustione a basso regime, ma su molte piattaforme, in particolare a partire dalla Gruppo VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Alfa Romeo e Fiat - sono soggetti a usura, accumulo di carbonio e guasti meccanici.

Quando i deflettori di aspirazione si incastrano o si rompono, possono causare perdite di prestazioni, spie luminose e, nei casi più gravi, danni al motore se i frammenti vengono ingeriti dai cilindri. Invece di sostituire l'intero collettore, una rimozione correttamente progettata nell'ECU consente di bloccare o rimuovere i deflettori in modo sicuro, senza codici di errore indesiderati o comportamento limp-mode.

Come funziona la rimozione dei deflettori

La nostra calibrazione disabilita il controllo dell'attuatore e la diagnostica del ritorno di posizione per i flap di aspirazione direttamente all'interno dell'ECU. Ciò consente di scollegare l'attuatore e i flap, di bloccarli in una posizione sicura o di bloccarli fisicamente senza che si inneschino i relativi DTC o il limp mode. La verifica dell'mod viene eseguita nel software della centralina ed è testati al banco e verificati al tachimetro per mantenere la piena guidabilità, il minimo costante e la corretta gestione dell'aspirazione in tutto l'intervallo di funzionamento.

Per ogni famiglia di centraline, TuningBot verifica che la logica dei deflettori interagisca correttamente con le strategie di controllo della coppia modeling, boost e delle emissioni. Se necessario, forniamo note sulla rimozione dei leveraggi, sulle piastre di chiusura o sul blocco dei deflettori, in modo che l'intervento meccanico corrisponda alla strategia software e venga mantenuta l'affidabilità a lungo termine.

Quando si raccomanda la rimozione dei deflettori

  • Lembi di turbina grippati, rotti o difettosi con DTC nel sistema di controllo della velocità. P2004-P2015 gamma.
  • Motore o leveraggio dell'attuatore danneggiato che causa un minimo instabile, rumore di aspirazione o sbilanciamento del flusso d'aria.
  • Un forte accumulo di carbonio limita il flusso d'aria e riduce le prestazioni.
  • Durante la messa a punto delle prestazioni o quando si combina l'eliminazione del DPF / EGR per un percorso di aspirazione più pulito.

Vantaggi e note tecniche

  • Elimina i codici di errore relativi ai deflettori e gli eventi limp-mode.
  • Riduce il rischio di guasti catastrofici all'aspirazione dovuti alla rottura dei lembi e all'ingestione di frammenti.
  • Migliora l'affidabilità a lungo termine e riduce la restrizione dell'aspirazione, soprattutto nei motori ad alto chilometraggio.
  • Consigliato esclusivamente per uso off-road o motorsport, o dove le leggi locali consentono esplicitamente la rimozione dei deflettori.

I moderni sistemi di aspirazione utilizzano spesso più sensori e routine adattive che si basano sulla posizione dei flap, tra cui modelling del flusso d'aria, obiettivi boost e strati di protezione della temperatura. Quando l'hardware viene modificato per l'uso fuori strada, queste routine devono rimanere coerenti con la nuova configurazione. Un approccio software calibrato previene lo squilibrio del flusso d'aria, evita segnalazioni di guasti casuali e mantiene la stabilità della combustione prevedibile in condizioni di carico variabili.
