Servizio EVAP off è una calibrazione professionale della centralina che disabilita la logica del sistema di controllo delle emissioni evaporative nel software della centralina. Il sistema EVAP impedisce ai vapori di carburante di fuoriuscire dal serbatoio nell'atmosfera, depositandoli in un contenitore di carbone e spurgandoli periodicamente nell'aspirazione. Quando questi componenti si guastano o vengono rimossi nelle costruzioni personalizzate, l'ECU registra i DTC e può mantenere incompleti i monitor di prontezza.

Disattivando la logica EVAP e i relativi controlli diagnostici nella centralina elettronica, il sistema Servizio EVAP off impedisce agli errori di flusso di spurgo e di pressione del serbatoio di innescare DTC, spie MIL o guasti di prontezza sui veicoli in cui il sistema EVAP è stato eliminato o pesantemente modificato. Tutte le funzioni diagnostiche e di protezione del motore non EVAP rimangono attive.

Quando utilizzare il servizio di spegnimento dell'EVAP

  • Dopo aver rimosso o disattivato il filtro del carbone o la valvola di controllo dello spurgo durante la messa a punto o la costruzione di un impianto personalizzato.
  • Quando il sistema EVAP provoca DTC recurring come P0441, P0455, P0456, P0457 o di guasti di prontezza correlati.
  • Per i veicoli convertiti per applicazioni motoristiche, da corsa o fuoristrada in cui il sistema EVAP non è più utilizzato.
  • Per eliminare le spie di controllo motore causate da errori di monitoraggio della pressione del serbatoio o del flusso di spurgo.

Panoramica tecnica

Il sottosistema EVAP interagisce con diversi componenti della centralina, tra cui:

  • Valvola di controllo dello spurgo (N80 / solenoide) - gestisce il flusso dei vapori di carburante dalla tanica al collettore di aspirazione.
  • Sensore di pressione del serbatoio - rileva le perdite e verifica l'integrità del sistema durante i test diagnostici.
  • Controllo dello sfiato - consente all'aria filtrata di entrare nel sistema mentre l'ECU esegue i test di spurgo o di tenuta.

Quando questi componenti si guastano o vengono eliminati, la centralina rileva un comportamento anomalo, registra i codici di errore e imposta il bit di prontezza EVAP su “Non completo”. La nostra calibrazione disabilita in modo sicuro i controlli diagnostici specifici dell'EVAP e la logica di prontezza, mantenendo gli altri sistemi di emissione (sensori di ossigeno, efficienza catalyst, ecc.) completamente funzionali.

Come funziona il servizio EVAP Off

  1. Valutazione: Esaminiamo l'ID della centralina e la struttura dei DTC per identificare le dipendenze e i monitoraggi relativi all'EVAP.
  2. Calibrazione: Regoliamo la logica di spurgo, pressione del serbatoio e monitoraggio EVAP per bypass le routine diagnostiche EVAP in modo controllato.
  3. Verifica: Una volta che il file modified è stato flashato, la centralina funziona normalmente con il monitoraggio EVAPoring disabilitato e tutti gli altri sistemi intatti.

Compatibilità

Il Servizio EVAP off è disponibile per molte centraline a benzina, comprese le famiglie Bosch, Siemens/Continental, Delphi, Denso e Magneti Marelli. È possibile utilizzare il modulo module qui sotto per verificare la copertura per il proprio tipo di ECU e la versione del software.

Nota legale e tecnica

Questo servizio è destinato esclusivamente a veicoli sportivi, da pista o fuoristrada, o a sistemi di alimentazione personalizzati in cui non è presente l'hardware EVAP e in cui tali modificazioni sono consentite dalla legge locale. Non deve essere utilizzato per falsificare i controlli sulle emissioni o i bypass requisiti di legge per i veicoli che circolano su strade pubbliche.

Eventuali guasti meccanici o componenti delle emissioni rimossi al di fuori del sistema EVAP (come catalyst o valvole EGR) devono essere riparati o reinstallati per mantenere un funzionamento sicuro e conforme alla legge. La conformità alle normative regionali è responsabilità esclusiva del proprietario e dell'operatore del veicolo.
