AGS - Rimozione dell'otturatore a griglia attivo
Rimozione dell'AGS (Active Grille Shutter) disabilita la logica dell'ECU/BCM che controlla le serrande attive della griglia anteriore. Quando l'attuatore meccatronico, il sensore di posizione o il cablaggio si guastano, il sistema genera DTC e può forzare le strategie di limitazione. Con questa calibrazione, la logica AGS viene bypassed, in modo che il veicolo funzioni normalmente senza errori legati all'AGS.
Cosa risolve: guasti persistenti dell'AGS (apertura/chiusura bloccata), rottura degli ingranaggi dell'attuatore, errori del sensore di posizione, corrosione del cablaggio o otturatori mancanti dopo le modificazioni frontali.
I codici di guasto tipici includono esempi come P059F (Active Grille Air Shutter “A” Performance/Stuck Off), P069E / DTC specifici del produttore “Otturatore anteriore bloccato” e simili AGS monitoring a seconda della marca/model.
Quando usare
- Riparazione del frontale o installazione di paraurti/IC aftermarket in cui il gruppo otturatore viene rimosso o interferisce con il montaggio.
- Guasto all'attuatore o al sensore di posizione che causa DTC e messaggi di avvertimento recurring.
- Ghiaccio da clima freddo o detriti che bloccano ripetutamente le persiane.
- Uso su pista/fuoristrada, dove gli otturatori aerodinamici non sono necessari.
Panoramica tecnica
Il sistema AGS è tipicamente costituito da un Attuatore DC con retroazione di posizione integrated, un controllo module (l'integrazione BCM/PCM varia), e routine diagnostiche che convalidano i tempi di percorrenza, la posizione di fine corsa e l'integrità elettrica. Quando il gruppo viene rimosso o inceppato, l'ECU/BCM registra i DTC e può modificare la ventola di raffreddamento o le strategie termiche.
- Ingressi: temperatura del refrigerante e dell'ambiente, velocità del veicolo, carico del climatizzatore, riduzione della resistenza aerodinamica desiderata.
- Uscite: angolo dell'otturatore comandato, azionamento dell'attuatore, controlli di plausibilità e timer di guasto.
- Diagnostica: test di circuito/apertura/corto, plausibilità del tempo di percorrenza, rilevamento di blocco/incastro.
Il Rimozione AGS La calibrazione disabilita la logica di monitoraggio e i relativi controlli di prontezza specifici del sottosistema otturatore, lasciando la ventola del radiatore e il controllo termico del motore pienamente operativi attraverso le mappe standard della centralina.
Come funziona
- Valutazione: identificare l'architettura AGS (ECU-integrated vs BCM-managed) e il set di DTC della piattaforma.
- Calibrazione: applicare la logica dell'otturatore bypass e sopprimere solo i DTC AGS necessari.
- Flash e verifica: Eseguire il flash del file con il proprio strumento; confermare l'assenza di errori AGS e il normale comportamento di raffreddamento.
