Rimozione dell'AdBlue è un servizio di calibrazione professionale della centralina progettato per disabilitare la logica della riduzione catalitica selettiva (SCR) nei motori diesel modern. Come funziona il sistema AdBlue / SCR
Il sistema SCR inietta il fluido AdBlue nello scarico a monte dell'SCR catalyst. L'urea si decompone in ammoniaca, che reagisce con i gas NOx per ridurre le emissioni. Il controllo è solitamente gestito da un sistema dedicato Centralina AdBlue (DCU o ACM) che comunica con la centralina del motore via CAN. Se il serbatoio è vuoto o i componenti si guastano, il sistema può attivare DTC, avvisi sul cruscotto, limitazione della coppia o conto alla rovescia per l'avviamento.
Con una progettazione corretta Rimozione dell'AdBlue La calibrazione, queste routine specifiche e i trigger diagnostici sono disabilitati nel software dell'ECU, mentre tutte le altre protezioni del motore e la diagnostica non-SCR rimangono attive.
Quando è consigliata la rimozione dell'AdBlue
- Quando gli iniettori, le pompe o i sensori di AdBlue si guastano e la loro sostituzione è antieconomica.
- Quando i DTC come P20E8, P204F, P207F persistono anche dopo le riparazioni meccaniche.
- Per i veicoli fuoristrada, agricoli, pesanti o da sport motoristici in cui non sono richiesti sistemi SCR.
- Per evitare il conto alla rovescia dell'AdBlue e le limitazioni del limp-mode dovute a malfunzionamenti dell'SCR.
Come funziona la procedura di rimozione dell'AdBlue / SCR
La nostra calibrazione disabilita il dosaggio dell'AdBlue, i controlli di livello e i codici di guasto specifici per l'SCR all'interno dell'ECU, mantenendo attivi gli altri sistemi diagnostici. Sui veicoli con un modulo 1TP41 esterno (DCU/ACM), la comunicazione CAN viene interrotta o ricalibrata in modo pulito, a seconda dei requisiti della piattaforma. Un flusso di lavoro tipico è il seguente:
- Caricare il 1TP40File ECU originale con tutti i componenti AdBlue collegati e verificare che il motore si avvii e funzioni normalmente.
- Riempire il serbatoio dell'AdBlue e, utilizzando uno strumento diagnostico, azzerare i parametri e i contatori dell'AdBlue. Verificare che non rimangano guasti attivi all'SCR.
- Flash il 1TP41Fascicolo modificato fornito da TuningBot e cancellare la memoria DTC.
- Scollegare l'ECU AdBlue, la pompa e i sensori (se applicabili) seguendo la procedura documentata per quella piattaforma.
SCRIVERE IL FILE MODIFICATO SOLO QUANDO IL SISTEMA SCR È COMPLETAMENTE FUNZIONANTE E RIPRISTINATO.
RESETTARE SEMPRE IL SISTEMA ADBLUE CON UNO STRUMENTO DI DIAGNOSTICA PRIMA DEL FLASHING.

- Ogni calibrazione viene convalidata al banco e, se del caso, testata al banco prova per verificarne la stabilità di funzionamento.

Il Sistema AdBlue / SCR è uno dei sottosistemi di post-trattamento più complessi dei veicoli diesel modern. Comprende sensori di temperatura, sensori di NOx, pompe di dosaggio, sensori di livello e un controller dedicato.
