Rimozione TVA (disattivazione dell'attuatore della valvola a farfalla)
Rimozione della TVA è un servizio professionale di calibrazione della centralina che disabilita le routine di controllo e di diagnostica della centralina. Attuatore della valvola a farfalla (TVA).
Nei motori a benzina l'aletta della valvola a farfalla serve a dosare l'aria fresca per impostare la coppia e la potenza; nei diesel modern serve principalmente a sostenere EGR funzionamento e lo spegnimento regolare. Nel corso del tempo, gli attuatori possono bloccarsi o guastarsi e innescare un'azione persistente. DTC (ad esempio, P2100-P2119), causando instabilità al minimo, riduzione della potenza o limp mode.
Questo servizio disattiva in modo sicuro la logica TVA nel software, preservando tutte le altre funzioni di sicurezza e guidabilità della centralina. Per uso fuoristrada/sportivo o dove le leggi locali lo consentono.
Come funziona la rimozione della TVA
Disabilitiamo il controllo del flap dell'acceleratore e il monitoraggio del feedback all'interno dell'ECU, in modo che l'attuatore possa essere scollegato o rimosso meccanicamente senza che si accendano spie o si verifichi una perdita di controllo.
Tutti TVA off le soluzioni sono convalidato al banco e testato al banco prova per mantenere una guidabilità di livello OEM, un controllo adeguato e una gestione dei gas di scarico.
Il controllo del minimo, la fasatura dell'iniezione e le strategie di protezione del turbo rimangono perfettamente funzionanti.
Quando si raccomanda la rimozione della TVA
- Guasto meccanico o elettrico dell'attuatore dell'acceleratore (flap che si blocca, leveraggio danneggiato, errore del motore).
- Recurrent DTC come P2100, P2101, P2111, P2112, P2119 che porta alla zoppicatura di mode.
- Costruzioni da corsa/off-road o successive EGR/DPF eliminare i casi in cui la TVA non fornisce più prestazioni.
- Per rimuovere una restrizione dell'aspirazione e ripristinare un flusso d'aria costante e la risposta dell'acceleratore.
