Eliminación de TVA es un servicio profesional de calibración de la ECU que desactiva las rutinas de control y diagnóstico de la Actuador de la válvula de mariposa (TVA) cuando este componente se desactiva o se retira intencionadamente para su uso fuera de carretera o en deportes de motor, garantizando que sólo se vea afectada la lógica TVA, mientras que otras funciones de seguridad permanecen intactas.
Desmontaje de TVA (Desactivación del actuador de la válvula de mariposa)
En los motores de gasolina, la mariposa del acelerador dosifica el aire fresco para ajustar el par y la potencia; en los motores diésel modern sirve principalmente para EGR y un apagado suave. Con el tiempo, los actuadores del acelerador pueden atascarse o fallar y desencadenar persistentes DTCs (por ejemplo códigos en el rango P2100-P2119), causando inestabilidad en ralentí, potencia reducida o cojera mode.
Eliminación de TVA desactiva de forma segura la lógica del actuador a nivel de software para que la unidad pueda desconectarse o retirarse mecánicamente sin generar códigos de error relacionados, preservando al mismo tiempo todas las demás funciones de seguridad y conducción de la ECU. Este servicio está destinado al uso fuera de carretera o en deportes de motor, o donde las leyes locales lo permitan explícitamente.
Cómo funciona la retirada de TVA
Ajustamos la ECU de modo que las solicitudes de control del flap del acelerador, las comprobaciones de retroalimentación y los monitores de plausibilidad de la TVA estén desactivados. Una vez aplicada la calibración, el actuador puede ser desconectado o fijado en una posición segura sin causar luces de advertencia o cojera mode. El control del ralentí, la sincronización de la inyección y las estrategias de protección del turbo siguen siendo totalmente funcionales. Cuando se recomienda la eliminación de la TVA
- Avería mecánica o eléctrica del actuador del acelerador (aleta que se atasca, varillaje dañado, error del motor).
- Recurrent DTCs como P2100, P2101, P2111, P2112, P2119 provocando una cojera mode o una limitación del par motor.
- Carreras o construcciones todoterreno, o después de EGR / DPF borrar, donde TVA ya no proporciona beneficios significativos.
- Para eliminar una restricción de admisión y restablecer un flujo de aire y una respuesta del acelerador uniformes en motores compatibles.
Notas técnicas y consideraciones de seguridad
ECUs modernos utilizan el actuador de la válvula de mariposa no sólo para la solicitud de par, sino también para dar forma a la temperatura de escape, el flujo de EGR y la suavidad de apagado. Si la TVA se retira sin calibración, la ECU continuará comandando el actuador e interpretando su retroalimentación, causando códigos de error repetidos y un comportamiento impredecible. Una correcta Eliminación de TVA La calibración asegura que estas rutinas se neutralizan limpiamente, mientras que todos los controles no relacionados (como el sobreboost, los límites de temperatura y las comprobaciones de seguridad de par) permanecen activos.
En algunas arquitecturas, especialmente en motores diésel, la TVA se utiliza para mejorar el confort de parada cerrando brevemente la tapa cuando se apaga el motor. Después de la eliminación de la TVA, la dinámica de apagado puede cambiar ligeramente, pero esto no afecta a la integridad del motor cuando la calibración se lleva a cabo correctamente para su uso fuera de carretera o en deportes de motor.

No debe utilizarse para ocultar fallos reales en vehículos que deben cumplir las normas de emisiones y diagnóstico en carretera.
