Cómo funciona el sistema AdBlue / SCR
El sistema SCR inyecta líquido AdBlue en los gases de escape antes del SCR catalyst. La urea se descompone en amoniaco, que reacciona con los gases NOx para reducir las emisiones. El control suele estar gestionado por un ECU AdBlue (DCU o ACM) que se comunica con la ECU del motor a través de CAN. Si el depósito está vacío o fallan componentes, el sistema puede activar DTC, advertencias en el salpicadero, limitación del par o cuentas atrás de arranque.
Con una ingeniería correcta Eliminación de AdBlue calibración, estas rutinas específicas y los disparadores de diagnóstico se desactivan en el software de la ECU, mientras que todos los demás diagnósticos de protección del motor y no-SCR permanecen activos.
Cuándo se recomienda la eliminación de AdBlue

Cómo funciona el procedimiento de eliminación de AdBlue / SCR
Nuestra calibración desactiva la dosificación de AdBlue, las comprobaciones de nivel y los códigos de avería específicos de SCR dentro de la ECU, al tiempo que mantiene activos otros diagnósticos. En los vehículos con una module externa (DCU/ACM), la comunicación CAN se termina limpiamente o se recalibra en función de los requisitos de la plataforma. Un flujo de trabajo típico es:
- Cargue el 1TP40Archivo original de la ECU con todos los componentes de AdBlue conectados y compruebe que el motor arranca y funciona con normalidad.
- Llene el depósito de AdBlue y, utilizando una herramienta de diagnóstico, restablezca los parámetros y contadores de AdBlue. Confirme que no quedan fallos SCR activos.

- Desconecte la ECU de AdBlue, la bomba y los sensores (si procede) siguiendo el procedimiento documentado para esa plataforma.

En Sistema AdBlue / SCR es uno de los subsistemas de postratamiento más complejos de los vehículos diésel modern.
