DPF-Entfernung (auch DPF / FAP Off genannt) ist eine professionelle Steuergeräte-Kalibrierung, die Dieselpartikelfilter-Strategien und damit verbundene Diagnosen deaktiviert und so einen stabilen Motorbetrieb ohne den physischen Filter gewährleistet - nur für den Einsatz im Gelände oder im Motorsport, wo es die örtlichen Gesetze erlauben.
DPF-Entfernung (DPF/FAP aus)
Die DPF / FAP Aus-Service von TuningBot deaktiviert alle Dieselpartikelfilter-Kontrollstrategien innerhalb der ECU-Kalibrierung und ermöglicht so einen sicheren und stabilen Motorbetrieb, wenn der Filter verstopft, beschädigt oder physisch entfernt ist. Jede Kalibrierungsdatei wird entwickelt, auf dem Prüfstand getestet und im Fahrversuch verifiziert, um Zuverlässigkeit, korrekte Regenerationsbehandlung und langfristige Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
Der Ausbau des DPF ist oft die einzige Lösung, wenn der Filter ständig regeneriert oder mit Ruß überladen wird. Übermäßiger Gegendruck verringert die Leistung, erhöht den Kraftstoffverbrauch und gefährdet den Turbolader. Nach dem Eingriff atmet der Motor freier, läuft kühler und liefert ein sanfteres und sichereres Drehmoment.

Wann wird der Ausbau von DPF / FAP empfohlen?
Dieselpartikelfilter fangen Ruß ab. Kurzstreckenfahrten und Stadtverkehr verhindern eine ordnungsgemäße Regeneration, was zu Verstopfung, Limp mode und Turbolast führt. In diesen Fällen sollte ein professioneller DPF aus Kalibrierung für Off-Road- oder Motorsportanlagen stellt den Abgasstrom wieder her und beseitigt Zwangsregenerationen und damit verbundene DTCs.
Vorteile einer korrekten DPF-Entfernungskalibrierung
Eine richtig konzipierte Lösung verringert die Abgasdrosselung, verbessert den Luftstrom und stabilisiert die Abgastemperaturen. Eine richtige DPF-Entfernung Strategie deaktiviert die Regenerationsroutinen, die Rußlastverfolgung und die zugehörigen Diagnosemonitore, während die korrekte Drehmomentsteuerung und das Luft-/Kraftstoffmanagement erhalten bleiben. TuningBot-Kalibrierungen passen alle relevanten Schalter und checksum-Bereiche so an, dass das Steuergerät keine Regenerationsversuche mehr unternimmt oder Rußlast-DTCs speichert. Der Motor arbeitet weiterhin in einem vorhersehbaren, stabilen Zustand mit voll funktionsfähiger Drehmomentüberwachung und filterunabhängiger Diagnose.
