TVA-Ausbau (Drosselklappenbetätigung deaktivieren)
TVA-Umzug ist ein professioneller ECU-Kalibrierungsservice, der die Steuer- und Diagnoseroutinen des Steuergeräts deaktiviert. Drosselklappenstellantrieb (TVA).
Bei Benzinmotoren dosiert die Drosselklappe Frischluft zur Einstellung von Drehmoment und Leistung; bei modern-Dieselmotoren unterstützt sie hauptsächlich AGR Betrieb und reibungsloses Abschalten. Mit der Zeit können Aktoren klemmen oder ausfallen und anhaltende DTCs (z. B. P2100-P2119), was zu Instabilität im Leerlauf, reduzierter Leistung oder Limp mode.
Dieser Service deaktiviert die TVA-Logik sicher in der Software, während alle anderen Sicherheits- und Fahrbarkeitsfunktionen des Steuergeräts erhalten bleiben. Für den Einsatz im Gelände/Motorsport oder dort, wo es die örtlichen Gesetze erlauben.
So funktioniert der TVA-Umzug
Wir deaktivieren die Drosselklappensteuerung und die Rückkopplungsüberwachung in der ECU, so dass der Aktuator abgezogen oder mechanisch entfernt werden kann, ohne dass es zu Warnleuchten oder Limp mode kommt.
Alle TVA aus Lösungen sind auf dem Prüfstand validiert und auf dem Prüfstand getestet zur Aufrechterhaltung des Fahrverhaltens auf OEM-Niveau, der richtigen boost-Steuerung und des Abgasmanagements.
Leerlaufregelung, Einspritzzeitpunkt und Turboschutzstrategien bleiben voll funktionsfähig.
Wenn die Entfernung von TVA empfohlen wird
- Mechanischer oder elektrischer Defekt des Drosselklappenantriebs (klemmende Klappe, beschädigtes Gestänge, Motorfehler).
- Recurrent DTCs wie P2100, P2101, P2111, P2112, P2119 was zu schlaffem mode führt.
- Rennsport-/Geländewagen-Bauten oder danach AGR/DPF löschen, wenn TVA keine Leistungen mehr erbringt.
- Zur Beseitigung einer Ansaugverengung und zur Wiederherstellung eines gleichmäßigen Luftstroms und einer gleichmäßigen Drosselklappenansprache.
