AGS - Aktive Kühlergrillblende entfernen
AGS (Active Grille Shutter) Entfernung deaktiviert die ECU/BCM-Logik, die die vorderen aktiven Kühlergrillklappen steuert. Diese Klappen öffnen und schließen sich, um Kühlung und Aerodynamik auszugleichen. Wenn der mechatronische Aktor, der Positionssensor oder die Verkabelung ausfallen, löst das System DTCs aus und kann Limp-Strategien erzwingen. Mit dieser Kalibrierung ist die AGS-Logik bypassed, so dass das Fahrzeug normal ohne AGS-bezogene Fehler läuft.
Was es löst: anhaltende AGS-Fehler (festsitzend offen/geschlossen), gebrochene Aktuatorzahnräder, Positionssensorfehler, Korrosion in der Verkabelung oder fehlende Rollläden nach modifications am vorderen Ende.
Typische Fehlercodes sind zum Beispiel P059F (Aktive Kühlergrill-Luftklappe “A” Performance/Stuck Off), P069E / Herstellerspezifische “Front Shutter Blocked” und ähnliche AGS-Monitoring-DTCs je nach Fabrikat/model.
Wann zu verwenden
- Reparaturen an der Frontpartie oder Einbau von Stoßfängern/ICs auf dem Nachrüstmarkt, bei denen die Verschlussvorrichtung entfernt wurde oder den Einbau behindert.
- Ausfall des Aktuators oder des Positionssensors verursacht recurring DTCs und Warnmeldungen.
- Vereisung durch kaltes Klima oder Verschmutzungen, die die Fensterläden wiederholt blockieren.
- Verwendung auf der Rennstrecke und im Gelände, wo aerodynamische Fensterläden unnötig sind.
Technischer Überblick
Das AGS-System besteht in der Regel aus einem DC-Stellantrieb mit integrated Positionsrückmeldung, a Kontrolle module (BCM/PCM integration variiert), und Diagnose-Programme die die Fahrzeiten, die Endanschlagsposition und die elektrische Integrität validieren. Wenn die Baugruppe entfernt oder eingeklemmt wird, protokolliert das ECU/BCM DTCs und kann Kühlgebläse- oder Wärmestrategien ändern.
