Правильная стратегия отключения EGR отключает мониторы запроса, обратной связи и правдоподобия EGR, сохраняя при этом крутящий момент model, оценку массы воздуха и пороги безопасности выбросов, не связанные с EGR. Калибровки TuningBot настраивают все соответствующие переключатели и checksum при этом ЭБУ не подает команду EGR и не устанавливает DTC, характерные для EGR, сохраняя остальные диагностические функции в неприкосновенности.
Типичные симптомы до начала службы
- Нестабильность холостого хода, колебания и засорение впускного тракта из-за сажи.
- Частые DTC расхода или положения EGR и события limp-mode.
- Масляный туман и отложения покрывают коллектор, вихревые заслонки и интеркулер.
