Serviço de desativação do EVAP - Sistema de controle de emissões evaporativas
O Serviço EVAP Off desativa a lógica do Sistema de Controle de Emissão Evaporativa no software da ECU. O sistema EVAP foi projetado para evitar que os vapores de combustível escapem do tanque para a atmosfera, capturando-os dentro de um recipiente de carvão e purgando-os periodicamente no sistema de admissão. Com o passar do tempo, a válvula de controle de purga ou o recipiente geralmente se torna defeituoso, acionando DTCs, luzes de verificação do motor e problemas de dirigibilidade.
Ao desativar a lógica EVAP e os monitores de prontidão relacionados na ECU, nosso Serviço EVAP Off garante que o veículo funcione sem problemas sem acionar nenhum DTC relacionado a emissões ou luzes MIL. Essa solução é particularmente útil quando o sistema de purga ou os sensores de pressão do tanque são fisicamente removidos, desativados ou substituídos por uma configuração de combustível personalizada.
Quando usar
- Depois de remover ou desativar o coletor de carvão ou a válvula de controle de purga durante o ajuste ou as construções personalizadas.
- Quando o sistema EVAP causa DTCs recurring, como P0441, P0455, P0456, P0457, ou falhas de prontidão relacionadas.
- Para veículos convertidos para esportes motorizados ou aplicações off-road em que o sistema EVAP é desnecessário.
- Para eliminar as luzes de verificação do motor causadas por erros de monitoramento da pressão do tanque ou do fluxo de purga.
Visão geral técnica
O subsistema EVAP interage com vários componentes da ECU, incluindo:
- Válvula de controle de purga (N80 / solenoide) - gerencia o fluxo de vapor de combustível do canister para a admissão.
- Sensor de pressão do tanque - detecta vazamentos e verifica a integridade do sistema.
- Controle de ventilação - libera o ar filtrado no sistema durante a operação de purga.
Quando esses componentes falham ou são excluídos, a ECU registra códigos de erro e define o sinalizador de prontidão como “Not Complete”.”
Nossa calibração desativa com segurança essas verificações de diagnóstico, mantendo outros sistemas de emissão (como O2, eficiência do gato, etc.) totalmente funcionais.
Como funciona
- Avaliação: Analisamos a ID da ECU e a estrutura do DTC relacionado para identificar as dependências do EVAP.
- Calibração: Nós modificamos a lógica de purga, pressão do tanque e prontidão para monitorar o EVAP bypass com segurança.
- Verificação: Após o flash, a ECU opera normalmente com todos os sistemas não-EVAP intactos e sem DTCs.

O serviço EVAP Off é compatível com a maioria das ECUs a gasolina (Bosch, Siemens/Continental, Delphi, Denso, Magneti Marelli, etc.).
