We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. Invoices are automatically generated after each successful transaction.

No registration is required for standard file tuning services. An account is only needed when purchasing hardware or prepaid credits.

Opening hours: Daily, 07:00 – 23:00 (GMT+1 / Central European Time).
Average processing time: 5–15 minutes per file. During peak hours or for complex requests, additional time may be required. You can check live system status on the homepage. For urgent requests, choose the Priority option.

Checksum correction is available as an optional add-on. Most genuine tuning tools automatically calculate checksums during writing. We provide correction support for MDG1, EDC17, MED17, ME17, EEPROM, and other families. See all supported checksum types.

Typical checksum issue symptoms: the engine does not start and diagnostic tools cannot connect. Before requesting checksum correction, ensure your tool allows disabling or bypassing checksum handling.

Processing time typically ranges from 5 to 15 minutes. For special requests or when the system is under heavy load, additional time may be necessary. Estimated delivery times are indicative and non-binding.

TuningBot supports all genuine master tools as well as official TuningBot slave tools. We do not support cloned or unlicensed hardware.

All services include a 30-day warranty on file integrity and functionality. Refunds or credits are issued only in case of proven technical issues directly caused by the processed file. Read full terms and conditions.

For instructions on which sensors to disconnect and in what order, please refer to Our Services page where you’ll find all procedure guidelines.

When disabling features such as DPF, EGR, swirl, or AdBlue, the associated DTCs are automatically removed. For manual DTC removal, provide all codes in the standard Pxxxx format (EOBD/KWP2000/ISO15765). Manufacturer-specific or non-standard codes are not supported. Note: removing a DTC does not resolve the underlying mechanical or electrical fault.

We support all major ECU families used in cars, trucks, motorcycles, and marine engines. Available services include DPF, EGR, swirl, AdBlue, and DTC removal. See the complete list of supported ECUs and services.

Technical support is provided exclusively through our ticket system. A ticket is automatically created as soon as you submit your file. You can reply directly via email — there’s no need to log in.

Follow the correct DPF removal process as detailed in this official guide (PDF).

When disabling EGR, close the valve mechanically using a metal plate, then follow the software procedure outlined in this EGR tuning guide (PDF).
