A stock file (also called original file) is the unmodified factory calibration that came pre-programmed in your ECU. It contains all OEM maps and emission controls exactly as designed by the manufacturer, with no tuning or modifications.

Important: Stock file restore is a custom service requiring a quote request. We maintain a database of verified original files cross-referenced by ECU part number, software version, and hardware revision. Our stock files include complete checksum correction and are ready to flash.

⚠ What You Will Lose: Restoring to stock removes ALL previous modifications including Stage tuning, DPF OFF, EGR OFF, AdBlue OFF, IMMO OFF, speed limiter removal, and any other changes. The file returns to 100% factory specifications. If you need to keep some modifications (like IMMO OFF), contact us for a custom solution.

How It Works

  1. Request quote – submit your ECU details (part number, SW version, HW version) via our custom quote form
  2. Upload your current file – we verify compatibility and identify the correct stock file
  3. Receive stock file – we deliver the verified original file with correct checksums
  4. Flash to your ECU – use your flash tool to write the stock file

Delivery time: Stock files are typically delivered following the same timeframes as our standard tuning service. Complex or rare ECU variants may require additional verification time.
