AGS - Remoção do obturador da grade ativa
Remoção do AGS (Active Grille Shutter) desativa a lógica da ECU/BCM que controla as persianas ativas da grade frontal. Essas persianas abrem e fecham para equilibrar o resfriamento e a aerodinâmica; quando o atuador mecatrônico, o sensor de posição ou a fiação falham, o sistema emite DTCs e pode forçar estratégias de limitação. Com essa calibração, a lógica do AGS é bypassed para que o veículo funcione normalmente sem erros relacionados ao AGS.
O que ele resolve: Falhas persistentes do AGS (aberto/fechado emperrado), engrenagens do atuador quebradas, erros do sensor de posição, corrosão da fiação ou persianas ausentes após modificações do front-end.
Os códigos de falha típicos incluem exemplos como P059F (Obturador de ar da grade ativa “A” Performance/Stuck Off), P069E / específico do fabricante “Obturador frontal bloqueado” e DTCs de monitoramento AGS semelhantes, dependendo da marca/model.
Quando usar
- Reparo do front-end ou instalação de para-choque/IC de reposição em que o conjunto do obturador é removido ou interfere na instalação.
- Falha no atuador ou no sensor de posição que causa DTCs e mensagens de advertência recurring.
- Gelo ou detritos em clima frio bloqueando repetidamente as persianas.
- Uso em pista/fora de estrada, onde as persianas aerodinâmicas são desnecessárias.
Visão geral técnica
O sistema AGS normalmente consiste em um Atuador CC com feedback de posição integrated, um controle module (a integração BCM/PCM varia), e rotinas de diagnóstico que validam os tempos de deslocamento, a posição de parada final e a integridade elétrica. Quando o conjunto é removido ou emperrado, a ECU/BCM registra DTCs e pode alterar o ventilador de resfriamento ou as estratégias térmicas.
- Entradas: temperatura ambiente e do líquido de arrefecimento, velocidade do veículo, carga do ar condicionado, redução de arrasto desejada.
- Saídas: ângulo do obturador comandado, acionamento do atuador, verificações de plausibilidade e temporizadores de falha.
- Diagnósticos: testes de circuito/abertura/curto, plausibilidade do tempo de viagem, detecção de travamento/bloqueio.
O Remoção de AGS A calibração desativa a lógica de monitoramento e as verificações de prontidão relacionadas específicas do subsistema do obturador, deixando o ventilador do radiador e o controle térmico do motor totalmente operacionais por meio de mapas padrão da ECU.
Como funciona
- Avaliação: identificar a arquitetura AGS (ECU-integrated vs BCM-managed) e o conjunto de DTCs da plataforma.
- Calibração: aplicar a lógica do obturador bypass e suprimir apenas os DTCs AGS necessários.
