TuningBot Contact & Support
This official TuningBot contact page is reserved for genuine ECU file support, technical issues, pre-sales questions and collaboration requests. This page is not for generic tuning theory or unrelated topics.
Important: TuningBot has launched a new Support Portal. All ECU file jobs and support tickets are now handled through this portal.
New TuningBot Support Portal
We have upgraded our support system. All customers should use the TuningBot Support Portal to follow tickets, upload files and receive updates.
To access your tickets and all support features, you must sign in or register in the Support Portal. Registration is very simple and can be completed with Sign in with Google (no password needed).
Please make sure to sign in using the same email address you used when requesting your ECU file or opening a ticket. This is required to see all your past and current jobs in the Support Portal.
How to Contact TuningBot
The recommended way to contact us is through the Support Portal above. For quick questions, every page of the website also includes a chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Support Portal: best option for ECU jobs, tickets and file-related questions.
- Online operators: instant reply via chat when available.
- Offline operators: replies will be sent via email.
- Messages sent during off-hours are handled as soon as possible.
Support for Existing ECU File Jobs
If you already have an ECU file processed by TuningBot, you can manage it in two ways:
- Preferred: log into the Support Portal and follow or update your ticket there.
- Alternative: reply directly to the email/ticket generated by our system — this keeps the job tracked correctly.
- Attach logs, screenshots or updated files if needed.
- Use this page only if you cannot access the original ticket or the portal.
Custom Quotes & Special Requests
For unsupported ECUs, unusual solutions or special projects, please open a dedicated Quote Task:
What to Include – and What to Avoid
Useful information for fast support:
- vehicle details and ECU reference;
- tool used + reading method (OBD / bench / boot);
- description of the issue or request;
- ORI and relevant logs/files.
Avoid: generic tuning lessons, unrelated questions, free theory.
Collaboration & Applications
Workshops, dyno centres and resellers can send collaboration proposals or job applications. Start the message with “Application / Collaboration”.
